The swell and the clouds bearing rain across the ocean offered  beautiful lighting, reflections and unusual compositions on Marcus Beach this morning.

While Jimmy the poodle and I walked, the Turtle Watch team worked further down the coast, re-locating eggs from a Logger Head turtle’s nest, to keep them safe from water inundation. That’s one hundred and twenty-three eggs that will now have a chance to hatch, and boost the numbers of this endangered species.
