I created my own styled art display with my iPhone right here at home. Why pay for an App like InsituArtRoom to display your artwork when you can do it yourself? This painting will be coming off the wall to go back into the studio for Noosa Open Studios.
Nobody would guess the source of the inspiration for this work. I took a photograph of the windscreen while sitting in the car in a drive-though carwash. Yes, my mind goes off on extraordinary tangents.
I’m halfway through another large piece inspired by the same photo. That painting started morphing into an artwork about the secondary impacts of the Gaza War on those witnessing it indirectly.
Back to the subject of this post. Noosa Open Studios opens on Friday, August 30. There are ten days left to name this large abstract artwork, (acrylic on canvas, 48×36 inches (122×92 cm.)) Any ideas for a title?
If you happen to be visiting Noosa, pick up an Art Trail Guide. Alternatively, hop on to the Noosa Open Studios website for an online version. https://noosaopenstudios.com.au

End note: What prompted me to take this photo is the way the light shone on our rustic Japanese cabinet just at the moment I walked in.
