Participating artists are going crazy on social media in the lead-up to Noosa Open Studios with daily reels, posts and pictures. Over the past few weeks, the Noosa Open Studios Intagram and Facebook feeds featured every artist on all of the trails. It even featured some of my artwork. So yes, I did like it!!

Luckily the organisers of Noosa Open Studios do a sterling job of promoting everybody. I find constantly posting “look at me and my work” grabs on social media tedious. (Which is why I can’t keep up with their pace.)
Sharing my art and ideas with visitors is a pleasure. There’s plenty of variety as the works above show. Visitors can see how I work in my workspace, learn about the techniques I use, and find out about the ideas behind the artwork.
Hopefully my enthusiasm for creating inspires people. It’s a two way process as invariably when I open my garage to the public, the people who visit give me ideas, new perspectives and useful feedback.
